We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe it’s not quite what you expected, or maybe you simply changed your mind. Whatever the reason, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy — and we’ll make it right.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. At Blowie, we take pride in the quality of our products. But if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item — no awkward questions, no hassle.

What’s the return window?
You’ve got 14 days from the day your order lands at your door. That’s two whole weeks to decide if it’s a keeper. Just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging when you send it back.

Use the subject line: “Return Order #[your order number]” - Tell us what didn’t work out — we’re always looking to improve.

Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and gets the thumbs-up from our team, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to show up — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
