Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. Here’s how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases:

📦 Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on your chosen frequency and duration.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay upfront.

Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. You can cancel at any time to avoid renewal.

To change or cancel your subscription, just follow the link in your order confirmation email.

You can manage your subscription directly from your order portal.

⏳ Pre-orders

Pre-ordering allows you to buy an item that’s currently out of stock or coming soon.

You may be charged a deposit or nothing at checkout.

We’ll store your payment method and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel any pre-order that hasn’t yet been fulfilled.

If it has shipped, you're still welcome to request a full or partial refund as per our returns policy.

🧪 Try Before You Buy

This option lets you try a product before being charged.

We’ll authorise your payment method, but not charge you until the trial period ends.

You’ll have a set amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item.

If not returned within the trial period, we’ll charge the full amount automatically.

You can return it within the timeframe if it’s not quite right.
